How to Order

To order a cake please get in touch via the 'contact us' page to check our availability and gain a rough estimate. We will get in touch to confirm availability and your best method of ordering for you. We usually see all of our wedding clients for consultations, however most other orders can be discussed via telephone or email.

 

Design Consultations
Consultations are by appointment only and are held at our home studio in Nantwich, Cheshire.  Here you will have to opportunity to see our beautiful display cakes and discuss your ideas, colours and options so that we can create you the perfect cake. You will also have a chance to sample some of our delicious flavours too.  To make an appointment please complete the enquiry form. Alternatively , if you are still unsure on the design for your cake you can still reserve the date, with a deposit, and finalise the details at a later stage.

Pricing

All quotes are individual and dependant on the size, type, complexity of design and labour. If you wish for an estimated quote prior to booking a consultation please get in touch or take a look at our pricing guide.

Deposits and Payments

To avoid disappointment, we recommend that you book your cake 6 - 12 months in advance, allowing us sufficient time to plan and design your order. On booking your wedding cake we require a £150 non refundable deposit to reserve your date. Occasionally, late bookings can be accommodated if our schedule permits, so please contact us to see if we can help.

Delivery and Collections

As part of our service we will deliver and set up your cake to your venue at a pre-arranged time.

Our delivery is charged based on milage and time, quotes available on request.

Cakes can also be collected from the Rachel Hains Cakes base by prior arrangement and full instructions will be provided to help your cake travel safely.

Cake Stand Hire

Rachel Hains Cakes have a huge variety of beautiful stands and display props available to hire for your event. 3 day hire rates range from £15 - £35. Please just ask to see our range during your consultation. A refundable security deposit is payable with your final balance.
